Leveraging Leadership for a Trauma Informed Culture

Having trouble balancing the needs of students, families, educators as well as getting into classrooms to be an instructional leader? This session would speak to how we can use the concepts in ‘Paul Bambrick Santoyo’s Leveraging Leadership and develop a systemic structure of building relationships with and providing feedback to educators on a regular and consistent basis to both build their capacity and encourage them to take calculated risks. This can be done with single administrator (usually elementary or charter) schools or with multiple administrator teams to build a trauma informed future through addressing the needs of the adults so they can support the needs of the students.
